1. Agreement to Terms

By using the WPGuard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WPGuard provides a monitoring service ("Service") that checks the status of specified URLs and sends alerts upon detecting a change in status. The Service is offered under a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription plan.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on an annual basis via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the link provided by Lemon Squeezy after your purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for the accuracy of the URLs you wish to monitor under the Pro plan. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or abusive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free of errors or that alerts will always be delivered instantly. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to a missed or delayed alert. The accuracy of the monitoring depends on many factors, including network conditions and the responses of the monitored services themselves.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your service at any time by following the unsubscribe process on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
